Getting Started

The easiest way to get started with Piscis is via NimbusImage , a cloud-computing platform for image analysis. If you prefer a local installation, please see Installation.

Step 1: Sign Up for NimbusImage

While NimbusImage can be installed locally, we strongly recommend you start by trying NimbusImage from an existing server. Visit nimbusimage.com to sign up for a free account.

Step 4: Count Spots in Cells
